DO YOU OFFER ANY FORM OF PAYMENT?
No, our cars can be paid for by other means such as cash, debit card or bank transfer.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, we look to take a refundable deposit of £500 to secure the car, this deposit is repaid in full within 24hours upon delivery of your new car.
I CAN'T FIND THE CAR I AM LOOKING FOR, CAN YOU HELP?
Yes, we can source any car on the market, please speak to one of our sales advisors to help you with your search.
I AM CURRENTLY IN NEGATIVE EQUITY WITH MY CURRENT CAR, CAN I STILL GET A NEW CAR WITH YOU?
Unfortunately we are unable to carry over any negative equity from an existing deal. However, we can look to settle your finance providing you are able to cover any negative equity remaining.
I HAVE REFERRED MY FRIEND TO DB CARS, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY £100 REFERRAL FEE?
You will receive your referral fee within 21 days after your friend's car has been delivered.
WILL MY CAR BE UNDER ANY WARRANTY?
Yes, your car may already come with a manufacturer's warranty as standard. If your car isn't covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we are pleased to offer customers a 3 month warranty. You can purchase an extended warranty if you require. Please speak to a Sales Advisor for more information.
WILL A DEPOSIT REDUCE MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS?
Yes, any deposit against your car will bring your monthly repayments down.
